Marriage Licensing System
Helion Software’s Marriage Licensing system allows easy access for the public while increased productivity for the County. Applications can be filled out with a traditional paper application or via the internet or a public access computer.
Information entered by the applicants is carried forward into the Marriage Indexing system for completion, verification and application printing.
The Marriage Licensing system is completely integrated with Helion Software’s Receipting system for automatic fee calculation and receipting. ( Receipting system is sold separately )
Fully integrated imaging allows scanning, viewing and printing of signed applications in addition to any other documentation such as waivers and correspondence.
The system includes rich query tools for the staff as well as the public. Complete indexing allows searching by any combination of indexed fields.
