Receipting is directly integrated with the Indexing and Imaging system as well as Marriage Licensing and offers flexible fee calculation and audit journals. Print bar code labels, define multiple cash drawer balancing operations and even reserve batch document numbers. Receipting offers many advanced features, including multi-title documenting handling, security levels, multiple document receipts and check endorsement. It is fully integrated with the Indexing and Imaging package, but it also an excellent standalone product.
Marriage Licensing:
A complete marriage license management system. Featuring a browser interface that can be used on the Internet or on local terminals within the county offices, Marriage Licensing offers interactive license application services. The user can fill out the initial application via the Internet or public terminal that will be sent to your database, where the clerk can complete the application information and quickly print a marriage license. Save valuable clerk time by having most of the application completed prior to their visit. Fully integrated with the other Recording Package modules, Marriage Licensing offers an easy to use solution to marriage license management.
